At Map Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor. If your new wall art isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the map or frame you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the map or place the framed art back into its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return tube or box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
